Pound Gates is proud to co-headline sponsor Suffolk Dog Day 2022. Suffolk’s canine event of the year is back by popular demand and will take place at Helmingham Hall on Sunday 31 July.
The day is designed to celebrate our furry friends in all their guises, and is a great day out with your dogs, family and friends. There’s plenty of entertainment, attractions, and prizes to be won that will keep everyone entertained.
Suffolk Community Foundation
The day is organised by Suffolk Community Foundation who are the largest grantmaker to the voluntary sector in Suffolk. They seek to rebuild local lives in a compassionate, respectful and sustainable way.
Pound Gates is a long-time partner of the Foundation. Together we created the Acorn Fund in 2013 to support local charities and causes involved in health and wellbeing. During our nine-year partnership, we have awarded £44,000 to 32 great local causes. We hope, through our sponsorship, we can highlight the incredible work of the Foundation.
The Pound Gates Hub of Happiness
Funds raised from Suffolk Dog Day go towards supporting local causes. You can meet some of the amazing charities that your entrance fee is supporting, by visiting the Pound Gates Hub of Happiness. At the Hub you can find out more about what they do, how they do it and the happiness they bring every day to people’s lives in Suffolk!
