Applications open for 5th year of Lloyds Bank Social Entrepreneurs Programme

Lloyds Bank Social Entrepreneurs Programme is looking for people with an idea for a social enterprise or social impact project. On offer is a fully funded year of training, a business mentor and a grant.

You do not need to have any business experience or qualifications to apply. But you need to have thought about how your organisation can be sustainable in the long term and be willing to commit the time to make it happen.

Each participant receives a fully funded place on a 14 day course, a £4,000 grant and a mentor from Lloyds Bank or Bank of Scotland. The course is packed full of inspirational and practical sessions that lift the lid on the key challenges that you will face starting and leading a social enterprise or community project.

Across the 14 days you will hear from expert practitioners and seasoned social entrepreneurs who help you develop the skills you’ll need to lead your organisation. You will also build a network of peers and get vital access to influential people within the social enterprise sector. The course is a transformational experience that will push, challenge and support you. To date over 1000 individuals have been support via the programme.

You can find out more about what the course will cover by joining a free taster session.

Applications are open from 1st February until 21st March 2016. For more information and details of how to apply visit: www.yourideastartshere.co.uk
